The real jewel of our company, the sawmill, is the best that technology can offer on the market for sawing processes, able to ensure maximum performance and cost-effectiveness.
The passion for our work, the competence and the experience accumulated over the years have allowed us to build two modern sawmill plants customised, thanks to which we are able to transform into workabl boards.

There are 6 modern assembly and nailing plants, each with different characteristics, each designed and built to ensure accurate and optimal processing of all our many models of pallets.
The final result is a robust and reliable product, able to guarantee maximum performance in all situations in which it is called on to operate.
Thanks to our assembly plants, we are able to have a range of products that today consists of about 300 different models, for a total annual production of .,500,000 pieces.

STERILISATION

guarantee the purity of the pallet

We were among the first in Italy to equip ourselves with a sterilization and drying plant.
Today the company has 4 plants, with which we can submit our products and those of third parties to HT heat treatment, following strictly the current ISPM 15 FAO.
This process, which is in great demand today, is guaranteed by a fully traceable "system". In Italy, the only country in the world to do so, the regulations are adopted in a complete and reliable way through the branding of pallets with the relative lot number; only in this way can the pallet be defined as fully traceable. In special cases, we can carry out drying processes, more or less intensive, according to the customer's needs. Around 1,800,000 pallets and packaging are processed annually by these plants.

Flexibility and speed in responding to the needs of the market are certainly a strong feature of ours.
Delivery is in fact one of our company's "plus points". The pallets are delivered to the customer “just in time”, thanks to the professionalism and precision of our team of hauliers.
The company also has its own means of transport and delivery of pallets; the decision to invest in this field was made to reduce costs to the minimum and to be able to guarantee precise or urgent deliveries where need be.
The customer can thus count on a reliable and always prepared partner, which allows him to reduce the quantities of stock in stock and the heavy related costs.
